Annmarie is a respected consultant who has assisted in translating the goals of an organization and their strategies into business and people strategy through engaging employees and managing change. Passionate about the leadership of teams, she views teambuilding and education as crucial to maintaining competitive advantage. Her extensive experience in smaller and mid-sized companies and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders with demonstrated results and successful outcomes created corporate cultures that embrace learning innovation and change to positively impact individuals teams and organizations. This includes being a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization dedicated to helping women become leaders by providing education for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional member association located in North America with the specific purpose of providing education, networking and advocacy specifically for hospitals and hospitality facilities, as well as aiding Shatterproof as a nonprofit national organization that is dedicated to stopping addiction in the United States in educating communities to support those who are impacted by the disease of addiction.
